Thanks to a push instant messaging service (with notification), Giobby allows you to converse in private with your company contact (Customers, Suppliers, Collaborators, Agents, Team Giobby).

To send a private message just use the Messages feature, which you find in the Giobby Menu within your account.

The list of all messages (received and sent) can be viewed on the left; at the top (on the left) is the Search field for the quick search for a conversation with a Contact.

 

 

Instant messaging is even more important if it is used through the Giobby App.
The features are the same as the Desktop version just described and the advantages in terms of usability, time savings and development of your business are obvious.
